1. Billing Support
Handling billing issues that the customer faces. Guide the customer in all the payment methods but mainly concentrate on credit card issues. Handle issues like Non Payment issues, Inability to bill Credit card (bad credit card), Credit/Refund to Credit card, Charge back issues, Handling cancellation requests, Payment plan change (e.g. monthly to yearly plan), Invoice generation for customers, Up-selling products by providing suggestion and ideas to the customer.
2. Internet Property Management
It refers to an in-depth study of the internet trends / online hosting business and coming up with new plans for promotion of products online. Setting up new pricing policies and packages depending on the study. The above product packaging and pricing depends on this.
Target Specification
Quality: Minimum requirement 90% to 95% accuracy.
Handling per Rep: 40 to 48 issues per hour.
Handling Time: Average turn around time is less the 3 hours for handling any technical. Level1 issue and around 24 hours if it's a technical level 2 issue.
Support Timings: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Four - 8 hour shift schedule)
3. Content Management Services
Providing maintenance and ongoing content update and management services to clients who need to have websites updated on a daily or weekly basis. The graphics design team and the content editing team works together to provide the JIT update on the sites to help customer’s keep the content , look and feel fresh and updated.
4. Research Analysis
As a higher value-added service offering to clients, GlowTouch offers Research Analysts to clients who provide consultation, reporting and market survey information. These analysts can also provide marketing, promotional, pricing and other inputs regarding the customer’s products/services and help them fine-tune the messaging. They also help analyze and interpret trends, reports and mine data to make sense of the customer's collected data.
5. Other services
Perform some administrative services for clients like data mining, data scraping and database development off various online sources. Administrative tasks that are easily outsourceable to a remote location are performed by the Company, based on customer needs.
